Contracting Risk & Independence Senior Manager - US Client

About the role

PwC is seeking a Contracting Risk & Independence Senior Manager for its Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires. The role sits within the Office of General Counsel and is responsible for overseeing contract lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with risk and independence standards, and supporting the firm’s broader business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead contract lifecycle management initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee contract negotiations and implement risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Develop and enforce contract compliance frameworks aligned with legal standards.
• Conduct contract analysis to identify and address contractual risks.
• Maintain and optimize contract databases for easy access and retrieval.
• Create remediation plans to resolve compliance issues.
• Facilitate contract drafting and review to support business objectives.
• Apply best practices in contract administration to enhance performance.
• Provide strategic input on risk assessment methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve contract management processes.
• Ensure responsible information management, including information security and data protection.

Required profile

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in contract management, risk, or compliance.
• Strong analytical and judgment skills with the ability to lead large projects.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high‑performing, diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with multi‑level stakeholders.
