Contract Negotiator – Global Clinical Trials

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Contract Negotiator to develop and execute global contracting strategies for clinical trial sponsors. You will support start‑up activities, ensure compliance with sponsor requirements, and contribute to efficient study initiation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate investigator grants, contracting strategies, and proposal text.
• Create contract, payment, and budget templates and maintain contracting systems and tools.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional teams to deliver project scope on time.
• Provide legal, operational, and financial support to study teams for site agreements.
• Collect and analyse contracting intelligence and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sponsor or CRO clinical site contracting experience, with global or regional exposure.
• Strong negotiating, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and mentor colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
