Contact Center Tax Specialist - Partnership Tax

About the role

PwC is hiring a Contact Center Tax Specialist for its Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires. The role supports tax compliance and consulting for partnership tax matters, including local, foreign income and transaction tax issues. It sits within the Tax practice and involves technical work, detailed tasks and analysis of facts and patterns in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage partnership tax compliance for privately held clients, including local, foreign income and transaction tax filings
• Prepare and review tax return workpapers, supporting documentation and tax research
• Analyze tax legislation, regulatory requirements and client records to identify filing obligations and reporting issues
• Draft tax documents and maintain accurate records
• Support tax consulting projects by gathering information, evaluating facts and developing practical recommendations
• Coordinate responses to client inquiries and internal requests, meeting deadlines and deliverables
• Use digital tools and tax technology to organize data and improve workflow efficiency
• Follow responsible information management, information security and data protection practices

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Programming, Computer Systems Analysis or another relevant technical or engineering degree
• Oral and written English proficiency required
• Contact center tax support experience handling client inquiries is a plus
• Tax compliance experience within partnership tax services is a plus
