Contact Center Tax Specialist

About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Contact Center Tax Specialist. You will support client tax needs by handling partnership tax inquiries, researching issues, and ensuring compliance with local, foreign income, and transaction tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle contact center tax inquiries and provide specialized guidance on partnership tax matters.
• Review client information and support local, foreign income, and transaction tax compliance activities.
• Research tax regulations, apply technical standards, and prepare draft responses and workpapers.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns, variances, and filing impacts.
• Coordinate with internal tax teams to route issues, track progress, and support project delivery.
• Document case activity, findings, and follow‑up actions in tracking systems and client records.

Required profile

• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively to customer questions.
• Ability to gather and organize facts from multiple information sources.
• Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
