Consultant – Business Experimentation (Advisors & Consulting Services)

About the role

The Consultant – Business Experimentation works within Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team to help clients make data‑driven business decisions. Using Mastercard’s Test & Learn® predictive analytics platform, you will design, execute and evaluate experiments that identify high‑impact ideas and guide their implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statements.
• Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging the Test & Learn® platform.
• Collaborate with Mastercard teams to understand client needs, agendas and risks.
• Build and maintain working relationships with client analysts and managers, acting as a trusted partner.
• Deliver analytical and technical guidance, driving client success through adoption and competency in Test & Learn®.

Required profile

• Experience advising executives on business decisions using data‑driven insights.
• Ability to design, run and interpret business experiments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Comfort working with diverse, global client bases across multiple industries.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work closely with senior delivery consultants.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Test & Learn® SaaS platform.
