Construction Logistics & Administration Coordinator

About the role

Met T&S, the employment company of MAIRE Group, is recruiting a Logistics & Administration Coordinator for the Fertil Pampa project in Argentina (reference PIR 456001040). The role covers logistics and administration at site, supporting one of the largest industrial projects in South America. The position starts from December 2026 on a fixed-term basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and implement company standards for smooth administration and logistics operations.
• Organise site logistics and coordinate arriving and departing personnel, including suppliers and licensors (tickets, bookings, passports, visas and transport).
• Coordinate local purchases for site needs and manage vehicle and personnel transport systems.
• Manage logistic and administration assistants.
• Coordinate and monitor routine estimates of local site expenses.
• Maintain a facility budget, manage inventories including weekly stock checks, and monitor surplus and overspending.
• Ensure the safe operation of vehicles, equipment and appliances by facilities staff.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and English.
• Experience managing large industrial, EPC, energy, oil & gas, petrochemical or infrastructure construction sites.
• Understanding of local South American construction environments, contractors and regulations.
• Comfortable in multicultural, international project teams and willing to support projects across Argentina and the region when required.
• University degree or diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Significant EPC experience managing logistics of large/petrochemical plants, with a similar role in at least the last three projects of comparable size.
• At least 5 years' experience in administration and logistics management.
