Join the Testing Center of Excellence at a leading global financial services firm. As a Compliance and Ops Risk Test Lead, you will drive the execution of rigorous testing programs that safeguard the firm’s most critical risk areas and support robust technology governance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with the firm’s highest risk priorities.
• Identify control coverage gaps, verify proper design and implementation of controls, and recommend remediation actions.
• Apply advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills to interpret policies, develop alternative solutions, and maintain compliance with technical standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate testing activities and communicate results effectively.
• Continuously improve control evaluation methods, interpret control ratings and metrics, and enhance overall compliance and operational risk management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience executing and managing testing processes in a professional or specialized environment.
• Strong analytical thinking with a proven ability to systematically organize, compare, and evaluate information.
• Demonstrated experience assessing control environments, identifying gaps, and verifying control design and implementation.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple departments and adapt to changing priorities; experience leading a team is a plus.
• Proficiency with project‑management methodologies, tools, and techniques throughout the project lifecycle.
