Community Manager (Evenings & Weekends)

About the role

Monks is seeking a Medior Community Manager to join its growing team. The role focuses on planning and executing social media and communication campaigns, primarily during late evenings and weekends, to support the company’s marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch social media and communication campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the social strategist and content creator to maintain and execute content calendars, ensuring timely publishing.
• Write engaging copy for posts, responses, and community interactions.
• Monitor and reply to comments and customer queries promptly.
• Partner with data analysts and social strategists to produce monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Conduct social listening to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Work with account management, creatives, and strategy teams to keep all channels on brand.
• Stay informed about digital technology trends and recommend growth initiatives.
• Analyze daily brand conversations and overall performance to meet client KPIs.
• Provide real‑time coverage of brand‑related events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of community management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Wednesdays‑Sundays, public holidays, and occasional events outside regular hours.
• Excellent written communication and a proactive, go‑getter attitude.
