Commercial Sales Manager – Telecommunications

About the role

Cona Consultores is recruiting a Commercial Sales Manager to work on‑site for a leading multinational telecommunications company in the Puerto Madero area of Buenos Aires. The role focuses on driving sales, developing partner relationships, and delivering ICT solutions to customers in a specific industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer groups within a target industry, staying abreast of market trends, ICT demands and major partners.
• Deliver industry‑specific solutions and lead project development with customers.
• Promote the company’s products and solutions, expanding the partner ecosystem.
• Communicate the company’s value proposition to partners and attract new collaborations.
• Plan and execute annual marketing activities with customers and partners to increase market influence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industry, customer or partner development; partner development experience preferred.
• Deep technical understanding of ICT products such as data communication and storage.
• Familiarity with the Argentine ICT market.
• Strong networking, communication, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
