Commercial Compliance & Ethics Analyst

About the role

You will support the launch of new contracted commercial field teams and maintain compliance program operations across multiple teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement Compliance Business Rules and marketing expense audit plans.
• Approve and maintain compliance training, deliver live sessions, and monitor LMS completion records.
• Serve as primary contact for the HCP Expense Auditing Team and resolve compliance concerns.
• Assist with development, implementation and continuous improvement of compliant processes.
• Create work instructions to document internal and client‑specific compliance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and 1‑3 years of related experience.
• High standards of conduct, ethics, judgment, independence and discretion.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding compliance and company information.
• Current working knowledge of healthcare compliance rules, regulations and industry guidance.
• Familiarity with components of compliance programs, especially training and communications.

Required skills

• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory requirements in healthcare.
• Experience with compliance training delivery and LMS monitoring.
