Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

Green Team Oil is seeking a full‑time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help expand its biodiesel program by connecting restaurants with used cooking oil collection services. This remote position focuses on high‑volume outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments that drive sustainable energy production.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound cold calls to restaurant owners and operators.
• Manage callbacks and tasks in Close CRM with precise data entry.
• Qualify leads to achieve a baseline of 2 and a target of 4‑5 appointments per day.
• Overcome gatekeeper objections and follow scripted dialogues while remaining adaptable.
• Maintain consistent daily call volume during the initial pilot month.
• Meet weekly quota targets and independent workflow goals.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (conversational level acceptable).
• At least 2 years of sales or cold‑calling experience.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle objections.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.

What we offer

• Base pay of $1,280 USD per month.
