Clinical Trial Educator – Asthma (Argentina)

About the role

The Clinical Trial Educator (CTE) will partner with research sites across Argentina to accelerate patient recruitment for asthma studies and provide study‑specific training. Acting as a strategic liaison, the CTE supports healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers while ensuring compliance with trial protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement site‑specific action plans to boost patient enrollment and procedural training.
• Identify recruitment barriers, propose creative solutions, and coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Deliver recruitment training sessions and share best practices with site staff.
• Map patient flow within sites, raise protocol awareness, and promote patient inclusion.
• Educate healthcare teams on study protocols, trial requirements, and compliance.
• Maintain and analyze site records to refine pre‑screening, screening, and enrollment strategies.
• Complete internal electronic reporting, organize group events, and manage objections effectively.
• Stay current on technical knowledge of asthma and related disease areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Registered Nurse or other healthcare professional background.
• Minimum 2 + years experience as a Clinical Trial Educator.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and travel frequently.
