Client Solutions Manager – Legal (Buenos Aires)

About the role

The Client Solutions Manager provides high‑quality technical and operational support to clients and users, primarily for North‑American accounts. The role helps users navigate the VDR platform, resolves support queries, delivers client training, supports key VDR workflows, and ensures a professional, responsive, and accurate service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interact independently by phone or email to advise clients on workflow and VDR processes, providing first‑line technical and operational support.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, anticipating and managing their needs as the main point of contact for multiple engagements.
• Guide users through the VDR platform, managing access, permissions, document management, Q&A, reporting and other core workflows.
• Conduct and host online training sessions for clients to ensure effective platform usage.
• Investigate user issues, gather required details and coordinate internal escalation of technical matters when needed.
• Monitor progress and ensure client deliverables are accurate and timely, collaborating with internal teams across regions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for job tracking, billing information, and records of client interactions and support actions.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a B2B environment.
• Native‑level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Comfortable conducting one‑to‑one calls with a wide range of B2B customers.
• Highly motivated team player with a positive, can‑do attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and active listening.
• Willingness to grow, develop and continuously learn new skills; tech‑savvy and able to adapt to new software and tools.
