Client Relations Account Manager – FinTech

About the role

As a Client Relations Account Manager you will be the primary liaison for Worldpay’s service side of the client relationship. You will ensure consistent, high‑quality rapport with assigned clients while overseeing escalations, projects and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and consistent relationship for one or more assigned clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for problem resolution and client retention.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal Worldpay resources.
• Coordinate with relationship managers and other teams to ensure proper service, paperwork execution, and operational arrangements.

Required profile

• Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of eCommerce payment processing products and related services.
• Aptitude for analyzing and solving problems.
• Experience supporting mid‑tier accounts with consistent, high‑quality service.
• Prior banking or finance experience is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute, and deliver results.
