Camp Manager – Large Site Operations (Salta)

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Camp Manager to lead the operations of a large project site in Salta, supporting over 2,500 personnel in the mining or oil & gas sector. The role combines facilities oversight, transportation coordination, catering, recreation and hospitality management to ensure a safe, efficient and comfortable environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day management of general facilities, including maintenance, utilities and infrastructure.
• Supervise ground and air transportation services, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and roster schedules.
• Oversee catering contracts, guaranteeing quality meals, beverage services and timely delivery across housing modules.
• Manage recreation and gym areas, maintaining safety and service standards.
• Coordinate hospitality services, accommodation reporting and linen inventory for clients, contractors and authorities.
• Control cleaning and laundry operations for rooms, common areas and workwear.
• Lead a mixed team of internal supervisors and subcontracted staff, handling performance, reporting and contractor evaluation.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in camp management, general services or contractor oversight within mining or oil & gas projects.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi‑disciplinary teams and complex service contracts.
• Strong interpersonal and reporting skills, with basic knowledge of HSE, quality control and planning processes.
