Call Centre Manager - Spanish Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, bilingual Call Centre Manager to join a fast‑growing AI‑native commerce company that serves the restaurant and hospitality sector across North America and beyond. The role is fully remote and involves being the primary point of contact for English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers, ensuring seamless interactions and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish with professionalism.
• Provide accurate product and service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve escalations.
• Document all customer interactions and updates in the internal tracking system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service delivery and internal processes.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in a call‑centre, customer‑service or client‑facing role.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑moving environment.
