Business Education Trainer (Contract) – Hybrid, Buenos Aires

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Education Trainer to join our client’s LATAM team. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact digital education programs that help partners and customers master the client’s suite of apps and services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a minimum of 225 training hours per half‑year (average 37.5 hours per month) through in‑person, virtual, and recorded sessions.
• Travel to on‑site training events when required.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to capture training needs across responsible markets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the client’s product portfolio, including new releases and enhancements.
• Ensure training materials and certifications are current and communicate changes to the client.
• Collect and analyse training metrics, providing reports every three months or on demand.
• Work with regional coordinators to build an education calendar that aligns with market demands.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic communicator with a passion for both in‑person and online learning experiences.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences ranging from university students and NGOs to agencies, resellers, and developers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, and reporting.

Required skills

• Experience designing and delivering digital training programs.
• Familiarity with the client’s family of apps and related product updates.
• Ability to track and report training metrics.
