Business Development Specialist (Textile B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to expand our customer base within the textile and garment accessories sector. You will work closely with our international trade team to identify high‑potential clients, build strategic partnerships, and drive order conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect high‑potential B2B customers in the textile industry.
• Conduct regular in‑depth visits to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Perform market and competitor research to inform sales strategies.
• Introduce new product lines to customers and gather pricing information for internal teams.
• Travel domestically as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Chinese headquarters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in textiles or related fabrics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

What we offer

• Basic salary of USD 1,200 per month.
• Performance bonus ranging from USD 200‑300.
