Business Development Representative Intern

About the role

MicroStrategy is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern in its Buenos Aires office. The intern supports the Business Development team on a variety of projects, learning how to identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales and marketing initiatives. The role helps raise awareness of the company's products and services and supports commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Help build and maintain prospect and customer databases, keeping information accurate and up to date across the team's systems.
• Collaborate on commercial and marketing strategies to identify new opportunities and increase product awareness.
• Support the development and execution of commercial campaigns using tools integrated with Sales Navigator.
• Help find new ways to engage prospects and support business development initiatives.
• Work on internal documentation and guides about the tools and processes used by the team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field, with expected graduation in December 2028 or June 2029.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to handle several tasks and projects at once.
• Proactive, creative and curious, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Availability to work from the Núñez, CABA office twice a week.
