Business Development Manager – Travel Tech (Remote – Argentina)

About the role
RateHawk, a leading travel‑tech brand within Emerging Travel Group, is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the South Cone. This individual contributor role is fully remote and focuses on acquiring new B2B partners, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth across Argentina.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales activities to meet targets and grow market share in the assigned territory.
- Identify, onboard and train new partners such as tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies and OTAs.
- Maintain long‑lasting relationships with both new and existing partners, providing first‑level support and ongoing system training.
- Prepare, negotiate and manage commercial agreements, ensuring proper documentation and technical setup.
- Monitor compliance with commercial terms, including payment flows.
- Travel up to 50% of the time for client meetings, industry events and business trips.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis and report regularly through CRM and internal tools.
- Initiate and manage API integration deals with partners.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle sales experience in the travel industry, focusing on B2B business development and account management.
- Deep knowledge of the South Cone travel market and its B2B networks.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making and comfort with metrics.
- Proactive, results‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑changing tech environment.
- International mindset with ability to work across diverse cultural contexts.
Required skills
- API integration experience (preferred).
