Business Analyst – Salesforce (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise for a full‑time remote position (40 hours/week) based in Argentina. The role focuses on gathering requirements, mapping processes, and translating business needs into clear specifications for a Salesforce development team.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for the Salesforce team.
• Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements within the Salesforce platform.
• Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders and technical teams to align on scope and priorities.
• Create and maintain documentation such as requirements traceability, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring delivered solutions meet requirements.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a CRM or enterprise platform environment.
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce standard objects, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Strong expertise in requirements‑gathering and documentation.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating business language into technical requirements.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with strong written and verbal English communication.
• Availability to work core hours aligned with the Central Time Zone (CST).
• Nice to have experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial real‑estate industries, Salesforce certification, and Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
