Business Analyst – Business Intelligence (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our collaborative, fully remote team. You will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights that support our clients' digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly and weekly reporting processes, synthesising information for stakeholders.
• Analyse reporting data, troubleshoot issues and liaise with internal and external parties.
• Conduct detailed project analyses, propose business solutions and support implementation.
• Evaluate current business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Organise daily workflow, prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistical aspects of meetings.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics or Engineering.
• Creative and analytical problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience in digital marketing and the IT industry is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in technology and digital modernisation.
