Brand Web & Email Designer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Brand Web & Email Designer to bring our Masterbrand to life across every digital touchpoint. You will work closely with US‑based teams to ensure a consistent, credible, and conversion‑focused experience from the storefront to checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the masterbrand identity across web, email, packaging‑adjacent, and social assets while building a lightweight design system.
• Design and build high‑converting Shopify pages, including landing pages, product detail pages, membership and quiz pages.
• Create branded, performance‑oriented email and SMS templates in Klaviyo.
• Develop organic social templates and community assets for non‑paid channels.
• Leverage AI design tools to accelerate mockups and imagery without breaking brand consistency.
• Maintain a calm, clinical checkout and label experience that builds trust.

Required profile

• 4+ years of brand and/or web design experience for DTC/e‑commerce, with a portfolio showing identity work and shipped pages.
• Hands‑on experience building Shopify pages (theme sections, Replo, Shogun, or similar).
• Proven email design experience in Klaviyo or a comparable ESP.
• Strong systems thinking to keep visual elements consistent at scale.
• Ability to overlap several hours with US business hours.
