Billing & Revenue Analyst

About the role

The Billing & Revenue Analyst will support billing operations, revenue‑related processes, and accounting activities for NCR Atleos. This position ensures accurate invoicing, compliance with contractual terms and internal controls, and collaborates closely with Revenue Analysts, Accounting, and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer billing processes to generate accurate and timely invoices.
• Create and process invoices for sales orders and miscellaneous billing requests.
• Review billing transactions for compliance with contracts, customer agreements, and SOX controls.
• Partner with Revenue Analysts to resolve billing discrepancies and support revenue recognition.
• Upload invoices and supporting documents to customer portals and payment platforms.
• Maintain installation base data updates through Oracle interface systems.
• Interface inventory transactions into the General Ledger and support reconciliation activities.
• Assist with accounting and bookkeeping functions, including transaction reviews and financial reporting.
• Generate ad‑hoc reports and analysis to support business needs.
• Monitor billing workflows, identify efficiency improvements, and manage escalated requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or revenue accounting.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
