Bilingual Talent Sourcer / Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team supporting Farmers Insurance District 46. You will own the top of the recruiting funnel, delivering a steady flow of qualified candidates for agency owner and staff positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates daily using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn search, job boards, resume databases and referrals.
• Build targeted candidate lists for sales, insurance, financial services, customer service, management and entrepreneurial profiles.
• Conduct first‑touch outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone, following structured follow‑up sequences.
• Screen candidates in English and Spanish, evaluating communication ability, motivation, sales orientation and basic qualifications.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with the U.S. recruiting team.
• Document all activity in the recruiting system and maintain pipeline hygiene.
• Report weekly on sourcing, contact, reply, screen, advance and schedule metrics.
• Collaborate daily with the U.S. team through Google Chat, email and video calls.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in sales or insurance environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, professional and able to work U.S. Central Time business hours from Argentina.
• Comfortable using remote collaboration tools.
