Bilingual Remote Patient Coordinator & Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Remote Patient Coordinator who will also act as a Sales Representative for a multi‑location U.S. dental practice group. You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them from inquiry to scheduled appointment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound patient inquiries via phone, text, chat, and web forms.
• Follow up on warm leads, missed appointments, and incomplete bookings to convert them into scheduled visits.
• Explain services, pricing, financing, insurance options, and promotions clearly.
• Address common objections with empathy and professionalism.
• Schedule and confirm appointments across multiple practice locations.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the practice management/CRM system.
• Meet monthly targets for booked appointments and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Fluent, professional‑level Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in patient coordination, dental/medical front office, appointment setting, or phone‑based sales.
• Strong communication style, comfortable with nervous or price‑sensitive patients.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet home workspace.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking patient interactions.
• Ability to discuss insurance, financing plans (e.g., CareCredit) and payment options.
