Bilingual Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a variety of positions. The role combines sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking and other channels.
• Conduct phone, virtual and in‑person interviews, evaluating candidates against position requirements.
• Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Perform reference checks and assist with background‑check processes.
• Extend offers, discuss compensation and manage pre‑employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely updates.
• Participate in career fairs, hiring events and community outreach to support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR or talent acquisition (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
• Comfort with maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
