Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support its healthcare recruitment efforts. This remote position will guide candidates through the hiring journey, coordinate interview logistics, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for caregivers and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage incoming applications from job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct phone and video screenings to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with recruiters and hiring teams.
• Track candidate progress from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring all compliance documents and credentials are submitted.
• Support recruiters with pipeline management and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to candidate experience.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within healthcare or related sectors.
