Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish & English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative who can handle client and employee inquiries in both Spanish and English. You will work with a global workforce‑management platform, providing support through phone, chat, and email while contributing to a people‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve client or employee issues.
• Follow up on and analyze cases that are not immediately resolved.
• Maintain call logs, reports, and documentation.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and benefits administration.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service (banking, retail, sales, etc.).
• Students or graduates in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields (preferred).
• Bilingual proficiency in English (mandatory) and Spanish.
• Full‑time availability.
