Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Russian/English) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused representative to join our growing Insurance Department. The role is fully remote and supports English‑ and Russian‑speaking clients with their insurance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and text inquiries.
• Assist clients with insurance‑related questions, policy updates, and documentation.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in company systems.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Russian.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment.
• Strong communication, phone etiquette, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and during PST business hours.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
