About the role

Join elev8.io’s SEO team as a Backlinks Analyst, managing link‑building campaigns for a portfolio of treatment‑center clients. You will focus on finding, negotiating, and tracking high‑quality backlinks that meet strict criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Manage link‑building for 10‑15 clients simultaneously.
• Research backlink opportunities that match each client’s niche, services, location, and audience.
• Select sites with domain authority 40‑80, genuine organic traffic, primarily US audience, and relevance to addiction or mental‑health treatment.
• Avoid link farms and low‑quality sites; know when and how to disavow harmful links.
• Negotiate prices to stay within each client’s monthly budget.
• Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets for site, cost, status, and live/indexed status.
• Follow up on action items and report progress clearly.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of SEO concepts (on‑page, keywords, content structure, internal linking).
• Experience with repetitive, execution‑focused tasks and strong attention to detail.
• Proven link‑building experience in an agency setting, with examples of results.
• Strong written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Highly organized, proactive work ethic with excellent follow‑through.
