B2B Telemarketer / Appointment Setter

About the role

Our client, Optimum Water Solutions, seeks a motivated B2B Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings with commercial businesses. This is a high‑volume cold‑calling position focused on building the sales pipeline for water‑related commercial services.

Key responsibilities

• Make 60+ outbound cold calls daily to commercial prospects.
• Secure a minimum of 24 qualified appointments each month.
• Schedule in‑person or virtual presentations for sales representatives.
• Engage decision‑makers, identify business opportunities, and handle objections.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve appointment conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to calls, appointments, and conversions.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of telemarketing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B appointment‑setting experience.
• Proven track record in high‑volume cold calling.
• Experience engaging with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and reliable attendance.
