Associate – SIEM/SOAR Engineering

About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as an Associate focused on SIEM and SOAR engineering. You will help protect client environments by detecting, analyzing, and responding to cyber threats while gaining hands‑on experience across a diverse portfolio of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and mitigate cybersecurity incidents to protect client systems and data.
• Analyze security events, identify vulnerabilities, and develop proactive remediation plans.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a secure network infrastructure.
• Implement threat‑mitigation strategies and conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Develop and execute incident response plans and digital forensics investigations.
• Apply network security platforms, firewalls, and cybersecurity frameworks to strengthen defenses.
• Participate in threat‑intelligence activities and support SOC operations.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of security architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written proficiency in English.
