Assistant Front Desk Manager

About the role

The Assistant Front Desk Manager supports the Front Desk team at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, ensuring seamless guest experiences and smooth daily operations. This position works closely with the Front Desk Manager to maintain high service standards for all guests, including VIP and returning visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise each shift at the Front Desk, overseeing guest interactions and staff performance.
• Train, coach, and monitor front‑desk personnel to ensure compliance with quality, service, and efficiency standards.
• Track daily arrivals and departures, guaranteeing that VIP and returning guests receive personalized service in line with company policies.
• Assist the Front Desk team with operational tasks as needed, such as handling special requests or resolving issues.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
• Graduate or advanced student in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including night shifts.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service.
