About the role

The Digital Media Assistant will act as a key bridge within the client account team, supporting executives and managers in their daily activities and contributing to the development and execution of digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

Assist senior team members with day‑to‑day tasks related to client accounts.
Support the planning, setup, and monitoring of digital media campaigns.
Coordinate communication between internal teams and external clients.
Prepare reports and presentations that summarize campaign performance.
Help maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.

Required profile

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Interest in digital marketing and media trends.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
