Art Director

About the role

Félix is seeking an Art Director to lead and shape the visual identity of its fintech brand. Reporting to the Brand Lead, you will oversee all marketing visual output and ensure a cohesive, premium storytelling experience across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define, supervise, and elevate the visual language of all marketing materials.
• Manage a direct report (Brand Graphic Designer) and provide dotted‑line creative direction to Performance Graphic Designer and Web Designer.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate high‑level strategy into visual systems.
• Partner with Communications Manager and Content & Community team to maintain consistent storytelling.
• Work closely with the Head of Product Design to align marketing visuals with product experience.
• Mentor and upskill the design team while scaling brand guidelines for future growth.

Required profile

• 7+ years of design experience in a high‑growth brand, creative agency, or tech environment.
• Proven leadership in visual brand governance and creative mentorship.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand‑centric visual systems.
• Ability to translate strategy into compelling visual concepts.
