Architect – Project Coordination & US Permitting

About the role

We are expanding our talent pool of architects to support a range of US‑based construction and design firms. The role combines architectural design work with project coordination and exposure to US construction permitting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Develop permit sets for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors and clients.
• Review plans for code compliance and permit requirements.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation and assist with scheduling.
• Update drawings based on client feedback and field conditions.
• Produce high‑quality plans using CAD or BIM software.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• At least 2 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit experience is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Project coordination or management experience is a plus.
• Experience preparing US permit sets is advantageous but not mandatory.
