Applicants Staffing Analyst – Remote

About the role

The Applicants Staffing Analyst supports our talent acquisition team by managing candidate pipelines, preparing professional resumes, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process. This fully remote, full‑time position works Monday to Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review the candidate pipeline, tracking each candidate’s status in the ATS.
• Explain employment conditions and modalities across different countries.
• Negotiate offer packages and keep candidates informed about their application status.
• Assist candidates in preparing documents and resumes.
• Update, maintain, and organize candidate records.
• Coordinate client interview schedules.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Near‑native fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with interest in emerging technologies and a willingness to troubleshoot and recommend new tools.
• Availability to work full‑time remotely (Mon‑Fri, 9 AM‑6 PM).
