Android Developer – Build Advanced Mobile Apps

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver innovative solutions for Android users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin and Java.
• Integrate backend services through RESTful APIs and third‑party libraries.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify, debug, and resolve issues to continuously improve app performance.
• Stay current with Android trends, tools, and best practices, and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Android Developer with apps published on Google Play.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and development tools.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third‑party libraries.
• Familiarity with Android UI/UX principles, Material Design, and offline storage (SQLite, Room).
• Understanding of Git version control and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
