Analyst, RMG Market Risk

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Market Risk Analyst to join its Global Agricultural Supply Chain business. The analyst will identify, assess, and mitigate market‑related risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and contributing to the estimation of potential financial losses.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and communicate business risk information across functions.
• Develop and implement controls and cost‑effective approaches to minimize organizational risk.
• Estimate potential financial consequences of market movements.
• Independently resolve moderately complex issues and escalate higher‑complexity matters.
• Support other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in market risk, data analysis, or financial reporting.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with programming languages for analytics.
• Building and maintaining dashboards or reporting tools.
• Knowledge of market‑risk metrics such as VaR, sensitivities, and stress testing.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities.
