Analyst, Accounts Payable (Fixed Term 1 Year)

About the role

The Analyst will join the Accounts Payable team within the LATAM Shared Service Center, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices while complying with local legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, verifying documentation, approvals, purchase order details, tax requirements and accounting information.
• Identify, analyze and resolve invoice exceptions, blocked or duplicate invoices.
• Generate reports and monitor Accounts Payable KPIs, including invoice processing timeliness.
• Identify recurring issues and implement simplification, standardisation or automation opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls and applicable procedures, keeping accurate supporting documentation.
• Deliver activities according to agreed SLAs, prioritising critical invoices and supplier issues.

Required profile

• Advanced student or graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, Accounting or Shared Services.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP FI module (preferred).
• Familiarity with programming or automation tools such as VBA, RPA or Tableau (preferred).
