Amazon Creative Director

About the role

Trivium, an award‑winning Amazon advertising agency, is looking for a senior Amazon Creative Director to lead creative strategy and execution for multiple client accounts. This remote, full‑time position will serve as the strategic right‑hand to brands, overseeing everything from brief to final approval.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy for client accounts, ensuring alignment with brand goals and growth objectives.
• Analyze client intake forms, product data, competitor activity, and customer reviews to develop high‑converting creative directions.
• Develop clear briefs for Main Images, Secondary Images, A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefront projects.
• Provide strategic direction, mood boards, and guidance to designers while fostering innovation.
• Manage project flow in ClickUp, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Review all creative assets before delivery to guarantee premium visual quality and strategic alignment.
• Monitor Amazon market trends and competitor creatives to keep clients ahead.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, PPC Strategists, Designers, and Leadership to maximize client success.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, or Design Leadership.
• Proven ability to lead remote creative teams in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Strong analytical mindset to extract customer pain points and market opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting briefs and gathering feedback.
