AI Automation Lead

About the role

Trafilea is building an AI Growth Engine to power next‑generation consumer brands. As the AI Automation Lead you will own the roadmap that turns high‑leverage opportunities into scalable AI agents, large‑language‑model (LLM) workflows and automated pipelines across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a company‑wide AI automation roadmap.
• Map, redesign and automate end‑to‑end processes to unlock efficiency gains.
• Identify and prioritize high‑impact (20/80) leverage points.
• Build or orchestrate AI agents, LLM workflows, RAG pipelines and API integrations.
• Define governance, monitoring and performance frameworks for AI systems.
• Drive cross‑functional adoption with Product, Marketing, Ops and Data teams.
• Lead technical decisions balancing innovation, scalability and reliability.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting to measure impact.
• Mentor and scale a high‑performing AI team.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading high‑performance tech teams in fast‑moving environments.
• Strong experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, APIs and automation workflows.
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures and distributed systems.
• Hands‑on experience delivering production‑grade AI solutions.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs.
• Excellent communicator who can translate complex AI concepts into business value.
