Advisor Partnerships Associate

About the role

Ultimate Jet Vacations (UJV) is seeking an Advisor Partnerships Associate to join its Business Development team. You will be the first point of contact for new luxury travel advisors, guiding them through qualification, onboarding, and day‑to‑day support while ensuring accurate reporting for leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming client intake forms and route them to the appropriate Destination Specialist.
• Contact prospects for follow‑up, answer questions, and invite them to weekly open forums.
• Host and lead weekly open forums, presenting UJV services with confidence and charisma.
• Support seamless onboarding for new advisors, managing qualification decisions and communicating outcomes empathetically.
• Own the micro‑account book, serving as primary contact for advisors below the volume threshold.
• Monitor micro‑account activity, flag growth opportunities, and conduct periodic check‑ins.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and ensure smooth handoffs when accounts graduate.
• Produce and own reporting on new advisor acquisition and micro‑account performance.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
• Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of requests.
• Detail‑oriented and takes pride in delivering accurate information.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and handling client inquiries independently.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM) proficiency.
