Ads Designer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an Ads Designer to create high‑performing static and video advertising creatives that capture attention, drive engagement and generate leads across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other digital platforms. The role is fully remote for candidates located in Latin America and reports to the Creative Director, working closely with the Creative Strategist.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and video ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid media platforms.
• Produce a high volume of ads while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality.
• Apply creative strategy and consumer‑psychology principles to craft attention‑grabbing visuals aligned with messaging.
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to ensure alignment between copy, messaging and design.
• Analyze campaign performance data and refresh creatives to improve effectiveness.
• Translate each client’s brand identity and financial‑services positioning into clear, compliant advertising assets.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of how design and copy work together to boost campaign performance.
• Ability to produce high‑volume, high‑quality ad creatives under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with financial, investment or private‑capital‑market clients is a plus.
