Ads Creative Strategist – E-commerce Marketing Agency

About the role

The Ads Creative Strategist will craft high‑quality creative media for e‑commerce clients, focusing on TikTok and Instagram Reels trends. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with content creators and occasionally communicate directly with clients to ensure brand‑aligned video ads.

Key responsibilities

• Research and select content creators that match each client’s brand, values and customer avatar.
• Develop detailed script briefs, including B‑roll footage concepts, based on current TikTok and Instagram trends.
• Contact, liaise with, and coordinate a team of creators for each project.
• Perform quality control on received video content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to creators and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of social‑media trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating engaging social‑media content across multiple niches.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels algorithms and trends.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and be responsive during office hours (Mon‑Fri 3‑6 PM BCN time).
• Fluent English (native language not required) and reliable internet connection with a laptop/PC.
