Active Directory and Entra ID Administrator

About the role

As an Active Directory and Entra ID Administrator you will join DXC Technology's infrastructure team, providing identity services and secure access to critical systems for customers. The role involves direct client interaction, requiring clear communication and thorough documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, including users, groups, permissions, Sites and Services, and multi‑domain/multi‑forest configurations.
• Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and operational standards.
• Administer DNS and DHCP services.
• Manage and integrate Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for hybrid identity scenarios and governance.
• Monitor identity infrastructure, applying security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access and identity‑related incidents promptly.
• Produce reports, technical documentation, and meeting minutes.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Active Directory, including multi‑domain and multi‑forest setups.
• Strong knowledge of Group Policy creation, modification, and governance.
• Experience with DNS and DHCP administration.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory Sites and Services.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Advanced or conversational English (mandatory).
