Accounts Receivable Analyst – LATAM Shared Service Center

About the role

Join bioMérieux’s LATAM Shared Service Center as an Accounts Receivable Analyst. You will support receivable operations across multiple countries, ensuring accurate cash application and maintaining up‑to‑date customer accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and apply customer collections in SAP, ensuring timely cash application.
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts to support collection activities.
• Execute dunning and collection procedures according to established processes.
• Update customer credit limits in SAP based on subsidiary instructions.
• Prepare reports and performance indicators for business decision‑making.
• Collaborate with regional teams and internal stakeholders to resolve AR inquiries.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency.

Required profile

• Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• More than 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections or Finance.
• Upper‑intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• SAP (or other ERP systems)
• Microsoft Excel
