Accounting Services Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Services Manager to own and nurture client relationships from day one. You will handle the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of small and medium‑sized businesses, ensuring clean books and informed clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, delivering end‑to‑end accounting services.
• Perform full‑cycle bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations, month‑end close, and accruals.
• Oversee sales tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Set up and maintain fintech integrations such as AP tools, payment processors, and document capture solutions.
• Communicate financial results, P&L statements, and aging reports in plain language to business owners.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in accounting and bookkeeping fundamentals.
• Confidence in client communication and relationship ownership.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.
• Clear, prompt written communication.
