Accounting Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced accounting instructors to help train AI systems in financial reasoning. Your expertise will shape how AI understands and generates accounting content, directly impacting the reliability of AI tools used in business and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate accounting questions, explanations, and worked examples used for AI training.
• Assess the accuracy of core concepts such as financial statements, bookkeeping, managerial accounting, and internal controls.
• Identify errors, edge cases, misleading explanations, and logical inconsistencies.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve the precision and clarity of AI‑generated content.
• Work independently and asynchronously, completing task‑based assignments on your own schedule.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience teaching accounting at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of both financial and managerial accounting principles.
• Ability to critically evaluate written quantitative and rule‑based reasoning.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable reviewing structured content at scale.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
